The Customers/Orders menu gives you access to customer accounts and to orders. You can create or edit customer records, review orders and create new ones, and even

Orders

This menu lets you review orders, sort them by status, edit the status, and print invoices and packing slips. See Order Processing and Management, Section 5 in the Online Manual for complete information.

Create Order

This menu lets you create an order for a customer if they are having difficulty doing so themselves. See Customer Management, Section 4 in the Online Manual for complete information.

Create Order Admin

This menu lets you configure the payment and shipping methods for use with the Create Order menu. Note that these settings only affect the options available through the Create Order menu, not the payment and shipping methods available to customers placing orders through your CRE Loaded store. For information on configuring your general Payment and Shipping options, see Order Processing and Management in the Online Manual.

The Create Order Admin menu provides you with links to two main options: edit payment methods, and edit shipping methods.

Edit Payment Methods
This menu will list several payment methods and let you change the names of these methods and the order in which they are listed in the Create Order menu.

To change the name of an option, highlight the option and click "Edit." Note that you can change the name in each language that your site uses.

The sort order values you enter for these fields will determine the order in which this information appears. Enter a 1 to display that item first, 2 to display it second, etc.

Edit Shipping Methods
This menu will list several shipping methods and let you change the names of these methods and the order in which they are listed in the Create Order menu.

To change the name of an option, highlight the option and click "Edit." Note that you can change the name in each language that your site uses.

The sort order values you enter for these fields will determine the order in which this information appears. Enter a 1 to display that item first, 2 to display it second, etc.

PayPal IPN

This menu displays any pending PayPal Instant Payment Notifications. Click "Order" to view the order associated with this PayPal payment.

This menu lets you review and manage customer information. See Customer Management in the Online Manual for complete information.

Pending Customers (CRE Loaded Pro B2B version only)

This menu lists all customers whose accounts have not yet been approved.

Customer Groups

CRE Loaded lets you provide different prices, payment options, and even product lists for different groups of customers -- for instance, retail and wholesale. Create and manage customer groups from this menu. See Customer Management, Section 7 in the Online Manual for complete information.

Create Account

This menu lets you create an account for a new customer. See Customer Management, Section 1 in the Online Manual for complete information.

This menu provides you with links to several services that can enhance your CRE Loaded store.
